Marlene A. Irvine
2022 marks my 38th year working side-by-side with my mother in our family real estate business. One year following graduation from Kansas State University, I obtained my license as a real estate agent and within a couple of years obtained my associate broker's license.

The real estate business offers many challenges that I thoroughly enjoy. My strongest passions are assisting buyers in finding a mortgage with the lowest interest rate and least closing cost, finding the perfect home at an affordable cost, assisting sellers in the quickest sale possible.
In addition, I have a general contractor’s license with the City of Manhattan. Building speculative homes, custom, and remodeled existing homes is also a passion. The largest and most fun construction project I was involved with was the building of an apartment building for my husband and me, a brother and his wife. Through the knowledge gained in the step by step of construction projects, I feel better able to serve my real estate clients and customers in their purchases.
My real estate customers and clients truly mean a great deal to me! I treat each deal as if it was my own purchase or sale.
My grandmother Irvine (Rose Cunningham Irvine) graduated from Kansas State in 1923. While she and her seven of nine brothers & sisters attended K-State, her father purchased a home located in Downtown Manhattan for the children to live in while attending K-State. This business decision, though years ago has had an effect on my real estate ideas and decisions. Making property purchases is always a good decision, whether short term or long term. I would be glad to assist you with your next purchase or sale.
